General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by Ansol.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The returned package *must contain the USB hardlock* (Dongle) that was shipped to you. You will need to pay the shipping charges for returning the package.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How are refunds calculated?
- We will refund the cost of the item, not the shipping charges we paid to deliver the product to you
- Any unopened media item item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price. Note that *if the license hardlock (Dongle) is missing, we will not make a refund*
- You will need to pay the shipping charges for returning the package.
